Algorithm of Flowers and Grammar of Waves

A moving-image series in which waves, reconstructed landscapes, and fragments of memory are broken into particles and layered again. Rather than reproducing a fixed view, the work follows how a place changes as particles gather, drift, and disappear.

About the work

The series begins with landscape and wave imagery and reorganizes it through particle-based motion. Coastlines, vegetation, structures, and human figures remain recognizable in places, while elsewhere their contours dissolve into flowing layers. The image moves back and forth between a record of a real place and a landscape that can no longer be located exactly.

The work is presented as a series rather than a single image. Each scene is one variation within the same visual system, showing a different density, direction, and degree of collapse.
